Chicago, IL–Get outside this weekend for a free tour of Chicago’s finest parks and public spaces for “What’s Out There This Weekend“. The Cultural Landscape Foundation and the Chicago Parks District have teamed up to offer free, docent-led tours of 25 sites in Chicago. See the work of Jens Jensen, Frederick Law Olmstead, O.C. Simmonds, and more, while touring sites in all parts of the city and into the suburbs like Midway Plaisance, Lake Point Tower Roof Garden, Garfield Park, Lincoln Park, Ft. Sheridan, and Stephen Douglas Monument Park. And oh yeah, Millennium Park. Some tours require reservations.
